Draft Pick Profile: Jett Jungels

With the 199th selection in the 2017 NAHL Draft, the Minnesota Magicians selected Edina native, Jett Jungels.

Jungels is a dynamic forward with a nice scoring touch. Jungels played high school hockey for Edina last season. As a sophomore, he had 19 goals and 18 assists in 25 games, plus he added 6 points in 3 playoff games.

Jungels was also a participant of the USA Select-17s National Development Camp this summer.

“Jett is a player with high-end playmaking ability and quickness,” said Minnesota Magicians Assistant Coach, Ben Weiand. “He makes others better and has the ability to really control the play. We are excited to add a dynamic player like Jett to the Magicians”
