Draft Pick Profile: Josh Bohlin

Jul 26, 2017

Josh Bohlin was the 26th overall pick in the 2017 NAHL Draft by the Minnesota Magicians.

Bohlin is from Wausau, Wisconson and has played high school hockey the past two seasons for Wausau West High.  Bohlin tallied 46 points (28 goals and 18 assists) in 24 games last season and he contributed in playoffs too, 6 points in 3 games.

Bohlin’s strong play during the season, earned him a spot at the USA Select-17s National Development Camp this summer.

Minnesota Magicians Assistant Coach, Ben Weiand had this to say about Bohlin, “Josh is a playmaking center, who’s really at his best around the net and playing below the dots. His game has been on an upward trend and he had a good National Camp recently. He’s a great kid and natural leader. We are excited to have selected him”
