Windigo head coach John Mitchell has been selected to coach the Midwest Division team in the NAHL Top Prospects Showcase. Five Windigo players were selected to represent the Midwest Division in the event as well. Defensemen Cashen Naeve and Mario DiMaggio, forwards Braydon Beahm and Logan Nickolaus, and netminder Lucas Szyszka, will play two games representing the Midwest Division. The North American Hockey League (NAHL) Top Prospects Tournament will be held from February 17-18, 2025. The 2025 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament will take place at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan. The event is one of the most highly scouted events of its kind, with hundreds of junior and college scouts expected in attendance this season.
