The Minnesota Magicians have acquired German forward Denis Shevyrin from the Cloquet Wilderness. This will be the first season that Denis will bring his game to the United States. Denis has played previously with the Krefelder U-18 program in Germany the past two seasons, collecting 76 points in 74games. Shevyrin was awarded with a position on the World Junior Classic U-18 club two seasons in a row. Head Coach Scott Meyer added of Shevyrin, “Denis is a top end talent that will help us offensively; we are excited to add Shevyrin up front.” The Minnesota Magicians (Members of the NAHL) will embark on their inaugural season in 2013-2014.
