The Minnesota Magicians have made another transaction that will bring NAHL experience to the roster. The move brings in goaltender Bryan Nies from the Bismarck Bobcats. Nies is a native of Red River North Dakota where he won a State Championship in 2011. After his senior season Bryan was one of the top goaltenders coming out of North Dakota. Nies had a solid rookie campaign last year with Bismarck, going 11-7-3 in 24 games played. “Nies is a veteran goaltender that has had success in our league, we are excited to have Bryan between the pipes”, added head coach Scott Meyer. The Minnesota Magicians (Members of the NAHL) will embark on their inaugural season in 2013-2014.
