May 27, 2014

The Minnesota Magicians have acquired Paige Skoog from the Soo Eagles of the North Division of the North American Hockey League (NAHL). A native of Wyoming Minnesota, Skoog played high school hockey with the Forest Lake Lakers and the Duluth East Greyhounds. Paige started his junior career with the Aberdeen Wings before having his rights traded to the Soo Eagles. In his NAHL career Skoog has appeared in 39 games, sporting a record of 12-18-2, a goals against average of 3.00, and a save percentage of .914.

"Paige Skoog is an experienced goaltender who brings knowledge of the NAHL and work ethic to our team. He is a true competitor in the net and has a tenacious off-ice work ethic. We are very pleased to have Paige with us to not only help us win games in the net, but also use his experience in the NAHL to help our younger players grow and develop as people and players" added head coach and General Manager Tom Upton.

The Minnesota Magicians celebrate their 2nd year in the NAHL in 2014-2015. The Magicians host their Pre-Draft Camp May 30-June 1 in Richfield, Minnesota and Open Camp June 20-22 in Simi Valley, California. For more information on season tickets visit www.wisconsinjuniorhockey.com
