Magicians Partner with Susan G. Komen

The Minnesota Magicians are excited to announce a partnership with Susan G. Komen Minnesota. Susan G. Komen is the world’s largest breast cancer organization. Susan G. Komen’s mission is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all, and energizing science to the find the cures.

On February 8th, the Richfield Ice Arena will be painted pink for a promotion for Breast Cancer Awareness. The players will wear Pink jerseys that will later be auctioned off to fans after the game; the net proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Minnesota Affiliate. “We are so ecstatic about having the Susan G. Komen Minnesota Affiliate a part of our inaugural season. Our staff is counting down the days until February 8th.” added Director of Community Relations James Lilledahl. The Minnesota Magicians (Members of the NAHL) will embark on their inaugural season in 2013-2014.
