The Minnesota Magicians are excited to announce that goaltender George McBey of HC Dallas 18U (NAPHL) signed a tender agreement with the team for the 2017 season.
McBey is a native of Dallas, Texas who has played in the HC Dallas program since the 2014. Last year, he played 12 games with HC Dallas while also playing 11 games with Jesuit College Prep high school. This season with HC Dallas, he put up stellar numbers with a 2.06 GAA and a .931 SV%. His strong played earned him a short 5-game stint with the Wichita Falls Wildcats of the NAHL where he continue to impress, registering a 1.94 GAA and a .936 SV%.
