The Minnesota Magicians have signed White Bear Lake High School standout Thomas Delaney for the 2013-2014 season.
Delaney, a defenseman for the Bears, has been a varsity letter winner the last 3 seasons. “We are excited to have a player of Thomas’s ability on board for next season” said Head Coach and General Manager Scott Meyer. “Thomas is a skilled defenseman that can skate and adds offense and play making ability to our team”.
The 6”2” 195 pound Delaney led the bears in defensive scoring with 8 goals and 17 assists for 25 points during the 2013-2014 season. Delaney also helped to lead the Bears to the section finals this past season.
