The Magicians are 8-1-1 in their last ten games and have climbed their way to 2nd in the Midwest Division. The only team in front of them is their opponent this weekend, the Janesville Jets. This will be the Magic’s sixth and seven straight road games.

The Jets are 11-3-0-0 with 22 points and currently sit at the top of the Midwest Division. The Jets battled Coulee Region last weekend and took 2 of 3 from them. Last time out the Jets swept the Magic with 5-4 shootout win and a 4-2 win.

Forward Kip Hoffmann – Hoffmann is the point leader for the Jets. He has 15 points (4G 11A) in 14 games. This is Hoffmann’s 4th season with the Jets, he wears the “C” and has 97 career points with Jets (including playoffs).
Forward Jakov Novak – Novak is another veteran for the Jets. He has 14 points (6G 8A) for the Jets this season and he is a commit of Bentley University.

John Keranen – Keranen was the 2nd Star of the Midwest Division last week with 3 goals and 2 assists last weekend against Kenai River. Keranen now has 14 points (6G 8A) this season for the Magic, which is tied for the team lead.
Brendan Skarda – Skarda had 3 assists last weekend against the Brown Bears and now is second on the team with 8 assists.
Cam Buhl – 6 points in his last 4 games including 4 goals.
